Alexander Di Giovanni

Alexander received his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2020. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2021. After honing his skills in a corporate law boutique, Alexander opened Pando Law in the summer of 2022.

​

Since then, Alexander has been published by Lexis Nexis in the 2nd and 3rd edition of "A Practical Guide to Smart Contracts & Blockchain Law", Alexander has been a lecturer at Osgoode Hall Law School in the Blockchain Certificate Program, and a guest lecturer in legal entrepreneurship at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law.

 

In addition to this, Alexander dedicates time to pro bono work, and holds advisory board positions at various non-profits, start ups and community-driven organizations.
